Main Duties

  • To look after and maintain good behaviour of all swimmers at galas
  • To ensure swimmers know what and when they are racing, and they are ready for their races
  • To maintain good morale on poolside during galas
  • To congratulate / console swimmers throughout the gala
  • To assist the coach present at the gala
